Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in IT environments.

  • Proven track record managing hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall/traditional).

  • Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Exposure to data integration platforms or Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.
